Relieve The 3 Most Common Asthma Symptoms
Shortage of Breath:
Respiratory muscle training strengthens your breathing muscles, engaging more of your lung tissue allowing more depth and air with each breath.
Chest Tightness or Pain:
Resilient muscles slow down and deepen your breathing to fight chest pain and shallow breathing naturally.
Wheezing and Coughing:
Healthy and active breathing muscles are flexible. This helps relax and open up the airways to reduce inflammation and mucus.

How does it work
How does it work
The Phenom™ Breathing Trainer is not a gimmick and it’s not magic, it is a tool designed to train your lungs and strengthen your breathing through resistance which will dramatically improve your endurance and performance.
How to use
How to use
Step 1: Prepare Your Trainer
Before you begin, ensure that your air resistance trainer is clean. Insert the mouthpiece in your mouth with the engraved word “top” at the base of the mouthpiece facing up. Bite down the inner sides of the mouthpiece to hold it in place.
Step 2: Proper Breathing Technique
Stand or sit comfortably in an upright position maintaining good posture, or use as a part of your workout routine. Adjust the resistance level to your desired level of breathing resistance (make it challenging, but not uncomfortable). Inhale deeply through the mouthpiece until you can’t anymore, and then exhale through the mouthpiece until you’re almost out of breath. Focus on filling your lungs completely with air. This action engages your inspiratory muscles.
Step 3: Controlled Exhalation
Remove the unit from your mouth and breathe normally until you catch your breath. Then repeat the above exercise 10 times to complete one set. Do 2 to 4 sets per day, preferably before any meals.

Isn't mouth breathing bad?
Isn't mouth breathing bad?
Nose breathing is 100% better for you and we encourage you to do so for the majority of your day.
Our breathing trainer was designed to be used through the mouth because it lets you suck in more air, which is better for muscle hypertrophy. Plus, who wants to stick something up their nose, right?
Since we only recommend using the device for 5-12 minutes a day, training your breath via your mouth is infinitely better for building muscle strength and endurance since it wont affect the 23 hours of nose breathing you'll still be doing.
